Discrimination Testing/Matched Pair Testing
PMR has unparalleled experience in the area of matched pair discrimination testing; the principals of PMR have designed and implemented numerous national and regional projects involving over tens of thousands of tests. We have conducted testing in a wide range of formats in the areas of public accommodations, sales and rental housing, homeowner’s insurance, mortgage lending, franchise investment and fair housing. Many of our testing and training programs have been developed pursuant to Consent Orders and, as such, our methodology, forms, and procedures have been repeatedly reviewed and approved by various government entities, including the U.S. Department of Justice.
Compliance Training Programs
We have designed and implemented legal compliance and non-discrimination training programs in the areas of public accommodations, employment and housing. Our programs have dealt with issues related to race, color, sexual orientation and national origin discrimination, as well as sexual harassment and gender issues. Through these projects, we have had the opportunity to work in 49 states, educating tens of thousands of management and non-management employees.
